滚柱包络环面蜗杆传动的运动学分析
Kinetic analysis on roller enveloping hourglass worm driving
【摘要】 应用共轭曲面啮合理论 ,建立了滚柱包络环面蜗杆齿面方程、滚柱曲面与蜗杆齿面的啮合方程。在此基础上 ,对其接触线、相对速度、滚柱自转速度及压力角等运动学参数进行了深入分析。为该类机构的参数设计提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 By applying the meshing theory of conjugate curved surfac e, the tooth surface equation of roller enveloped hourglass worm and the meshing eq uation of roller curved surface and worm tooth surface are established.Taking th is as a base,a deepgoing analysis is conducted upon kinematics parameters of its line of contact,relative velocity,self-rotation speed of roller and pressure an gle,thus provided theoretical basis for parametric design of that kind of mechan ism.
