弧面分度凸轮机构智能CAD系统的研究

【摘要】 将人工智能引入到弧面分度凸轮CAD技术中 ,实现了弧面分度凸轮机构智能CAD系统。该系统不仅将方案选择、参数优化设计、廓线生成及运动仿真、零件CAD和AutoCAD绘图等集为一体 ,而且还实现了多目标参数优化设计 ,并可应用模糊原理完成材料选择 ,扩展了一般CAD系统的功能。

【Abstract】 Artificial intelligence has been led into the techniqu e of arc surfaced cam indexing CAD to achieve intellectual CAD system of arc surfaced cam indexing mechanism.This system could not only let scheme selection,paramete r optimization design,contour generation,motion simulation and drafting of compo nent part CAD and Auto CAD be gathered into an organic whole but al so realize mu lti-objective parameter optimization design,and by applying fuzzy principle to a ccomplish selection of materials and extend the function of general CAD system.ulti-objectiveparameteroptimizationdesign ,andbyapplyingfuzzyprincipletoaccomplishselectionofmaterialsandex tendthefunctionofgeneralCADsystem .Keywords:fuzzylogic;optimi
