滚柱丝杠副的啮合计算
Mesh calculation of roller screw pair
【摘要】 滚柱丝杠副是近年来发展起来的新型传动部件 ,它的工艺性和使用性能均高于滚珠丝杠。介绍了滚柱丝杠的结构。通过建立丝杠螺纹曲面和滚柱曲面方程 ,研究丝杠和滚柱之间的啮合关系 ,从而为机构参数的选择提供理论上的依据
【Abstract】 Roller screw pair is a new typed transmission components developed in recent years. Its fabrication technique and performance of utilization are all higher than those of ball screw. The structure of roller screw is introduced in this article. Through establishing curved surface equations of screw thread and roller and by means of studying the relation of engagement between screw and roller, thereby provided theoretical basis for the selection of mechanism’s parameter.
