可控制起动行星齿轮减速装置传动方案的研究
Study of transmission plan in the controllable initiation planet gear device
【摘要】 提出了可控制起动行星齿轮减速装置新的传动方案 ,通过对装置内基本构件转速、转矩的分析及应用实例的设计计算 ,对新旧两种方案进行了对比研究。新方案在制动转矩、装置尺寸、成本及外观等指标上均有所改善
【Abstract】 A new transmission scheme for controllable initiation planet gear device has been put forward. Through an analysis upon rotational speed and torque of basic components inside the device and upon designing calculation of a living applicational example, a study of contrast is carried out upon two kinds, new and old, of schemes. The targets of braking torque, dimension of device, cost, outward appearance and so on in the new scheme all have been improved.
