【Abstract】 A presentation was given on the method of counting up the P-S-N curve under 2D probability model by employing the method of maximum likelihood estimation. The result of estimation possesses fairly good property,under the premise of ensuring the same statistical accuracy of test this method could cut down the amount of testing piece in a large-scale compared with the traditional grouping test method.更多还原
