影响电化学法制备的膨胀石墨的膨胀容积因素研究

【摘要】 膨胀容积是影响膨胀石墨产品质量的重要因素。以无机 -有机混合酸溶液为介质 ,采用电化学法制备了膨胀石墨 ,探讨了电解液浓度、电流密度、反应时间、膨化温度和膨化时间、洗涤水中离子含量对膨胀石墨的膨胀容积的影响 ,并分析了这些影响产生的原因。

【Abstract】 Expanded volume was one of the important factors influencing expanded graphite product quantity. Expandable graphite was synthesized by electrochemical method in mixing inorganic-organic acid solutions. The effects of factors such as electrolyte concentration, current density, reaction time, expansion temperature, expansion time, and ion concentration of washing water on the expanded volume of expanded graphite were discussed and the causes induced the effects were analyzed.
