【摘要】 目的 :探讨研究用中药导泻和血液透析疗法治疗流行性出血热 (EHF)并急性肾衰竭 (ARF)之临床效果并加以比较。方法 :中药导泻组 5 6例 ,用大黄、芒硝口服导泻 ,1日 2次 ;血液透析组 5 2例 ,用碳酸透析液、小剂量肝素化透析 ,平均透析 3.8次。对照两组BUN、Cr、尿量、尿常规恢复正常日数。结果 :在降低BUN、Cr、尿量、尿常规恢复时间方面 ,血透组均较中药导泻组为短 ;并发症及死亡率也有明显差异 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 :EHF并ARF一旦确立诊断 ,应及早实施血液透析及中药导泻措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study and compare the therapeutic effects of Chinese medicine catharsis and hemodialysis respectively in the treatment of EHF and ARF. Methods:Fifty-six patients in the Chinese medicine catharsis group were treated with oral digitalis Emodin and Mirabilite (twice daily). Fifty-two patients in the hemodialysis group were treated with hemodialysis using small dose heparin and carbonic acid dialysate (3.8 times on average). Comparisons of BUN, Cr, urine amount and the days before the routine urine examination return to normal were performed between the two groups.Results:As far as the reducing of BUN,Cr,and the days taken for the criteria of routine urine examination to return to the normal level are concerned,the hematodialysis group is better than Chinese medicine catharsis group.Besides,there’s obvious difference in complication and the death rate,P<0.01.Conclusion:Once EHF and ARF are diagnosed, the treatment of Chinese medicine catharsis and hemodialysis should be carried out as quickly as possible.更多还原
