【摘要】 目的 :探讨肾茶煎剂对原代培养大鼠肾小球系膜细胞增殖及其产生白细胞介素 1(IL - 1β)的影响。 方法 :用四甲基偶氮唑 (MTT)法测定肾茶对系膜细胞增殖的影响 ,酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)测定系膜细胞IL - 1β蛋白水平。结果 :肾茶在 5 0 μg/ml～ 2 5 0 μg/ml浓度范围明显抑制血清或脂多糖刺激的系膜细胞增殖 (与对照组比较 ,P <0 .0 1) ,在相同浓度范围内能够明显抑制脂多糖诱导的系膜细胞IL - 1β分泌 (与对照组比较 ,P <0 .0 1)。 结论 :肾茶对体外培养系膜细胞的增殖及IL - 1β分泌具有抑制作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effects of the C.spicatus decoction on cell proliferation and Interleukin-1β production in mesangial cell.Methods:The proliferation was tested by MTT method. The protein synthesis of IL-1β in mesangial cell was measured by ELISA.Results:C.spicatus in the range of concentration from 50 μg/ml to 250 μg/ml inhibited cell proliferation by LPS or sera. C.spicatus, in the same range of also inhibited obviously the protein release of IL-1β induced by LPS.Conclusion:C.spicatus can inhibite the proliferation of mesangial cells and IL-1 production stimulated by LPS in mesangial cells.更多还原
