【摘要】 目的 :研究中药复方固本通络冲剂治疗IgA肾病的治疗效果及疗效特点。 方法 :对肾活检证实的IgA肾病患者随机分为固本通络冲剂治疗组 (5 0例 )及潘生丁对照组 (30例 )进行疗效观察及疗效特点分析 ,疗程 3个月。结果 :固本通络冲剂治疗IgA肾病病人总有效率为 88% ,对照组为 30 % ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 :固本通络冲剂是治疗IgA肾病的有效中药复方制剂更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the efficacy of Chinese herbal compound Gubentongluochongji(GBTLCJ) on IgA Nephropathy(IgAN).Methods:80 IgAN patients diagnosed by renal biopsy were randomized into two groups:GBTLCJ group and persantin control group.Efficacy and characteristics of treatment were studied after 3 month of treatment.Results:Total effective rate of GBTLCJ was 88% ,significantly higher than that of the contrl group (30%, P <0.01) Conclusion: GBTL CJ was an effective Chinese herbal compoud on IgA N更多还原
