【摘要】 目的 :探讨补肾活血泄浊汤对阿霉素所致大鼠微小病变肾病脂质过氧化损伤的影响。方法 :采用阿霉素致大鼠微小病变肾病模型。治疗组灌服中药复方补肾活血泄浊汤 ,正常组和模型组灌服生理盐水。观察中药复方对肾组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)含量、肾功能及肾脏病理损伤的影响。结果 :治疗组的尿蛋白、血清胆固醇、血清白蛋白以及肾组织SOD、MDA、病理形态的改变均较模型组为轻。结论 :补肾活血汤是通过升高血清白蛋白、降低血清胆固醇、改善肾组织活性、氧清除酶活性而发挥其治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Decoction of Bushenhuoxuexiezhuo (BSHXXZ decoction) on lipid peroxide in rats with nephrotic syndrome.Methods:A rat model of minimal change nephropathy(MCN)induced by adriamycin(ADR)was used in this study.Rats were divided into two groups:group 1 was treated with BSHXXZ decoction,group 2 treated with normel saline.In addition,normal rats were used as control.24 h urine protein excretion rate,albumin,cholesterol in serum,and malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),pathological changes of kidneys were observed. Results :Urine protein,cholesterol in serum,MDA in kidney homogenates decreased,while serum albumin,SOD in renal parenchyma increased ( P <0.05)in treatment group compared with model group. Conclusion:BSHXXZ decoction has therapeutic effect on rat MCN induced by ADR,probably related to decrease serum lipids level and reduce oxygen free radicals.更多还原
