空间柔性结构振动的直接速度反馈控制

【摘要】 针对空间柔性结构的低频振动问题 ,采用轻质的直流电机和拉索作为控制器 ,通过传感器和控制器的共位布局方式 ,建立柔性结构的直接速度反馈主动阻尼控制方案。该方案无需柔性结构的系统控制模型 ,只需调整速度反馈增益 ,即可以达到控制结构振动的目的。为验证该方案的有效性 ,文中对一含中心刚体的柔性卫星缩尺模型进行数值仿真 ,并采用气浮台模拟太空无重力环境 ,对该模型进行控制实验。仿真和实验的结果表明 ,该控制方案对空间柔性结构的低频大幅振动有很好的控制效果。

【Abstract】 An active damping vibration control method of low frequency flexible space structures with direct velocity feedback by collocating sensors and actuators in pairs on the structure was presented. Light direct current motors and cables are employed as actuators. The direct feedback method does not need the state space control model established by on-line identification. It can be used to suppress the vibration of the structure by modulating the gain of direct velocity feedback, which acts as the equivalent damping of the structure. In order to verify the efficiency of the method, numerical simulations are carried out in a reduced scale model of the satellite with a center rigid body and two flexible solar arrays, and experiments are actualized on this model. The air-suspension table on which the model is placed is used to simulate the non-gravity condition in space. The results of the numerical simulation and the experiments indicate that the direct velocity feedback control method with cable as actuator is effective in suppressing the low frequency and large amplitude vibration of flexible space structures.
