【摘要】 应用非线性有限元方法研究底座结构的稳定性问题。使用牛顿 拉斐逊和弧长法获得结构的载荷位移曲线和失稳模态。根据结构的载荷位移曲线和失稳模态 ,研究前、后立柱两端不同的连接方式对结构稳定性的影响。当前、后立柱两端为铰接时结构有较高的极限承载能力。考虑到底座的初始缺陷 ,对其进行非线性有限元分析 ,结果表明初始缺陷对底座的极限承载能力有较大的影响

【Abstract】 Non linear FEA is used to analyze the general stability of drilling rig substructure The curve of load displacement and the modality of stability for the drilling rig substructure are obtained by using the arc length method and Newton Raphson iteration Based on this, the effect of different types of connection in both ends of front and back column support on the instability of the structure is investigated It is found that the drilling rig substructure with the hinge joint in both ends of front and back column support has larger ultimate loading capacity Non linear FEA is utilized to study the drilling rig substructure with original fault The result shows that the effect of original fault on the ultimate loading capacity of the drilling rig substructure is notable
