蜂花粉辐照灭菌的初步研究

【摘要】 采用3种不同辐照剂量对蜂花粉进行处理。结果表明:以8.0kGy剂量的灭菌效果最佳,大肠杆菌杀菌率大于90%,霉菌杀菌率达到99.6%。辐照对蜂花粉中的蛋白质、糖类和氨基酸的影响不大;而对维生素和过氧化氢酶有较大影响。

【Abstract】 Bee pollen was irradiated at the dosage of 4.0, 6.0 and 8.0kGy respectively, the result showed that the irradiation at 8.0kGy had the best effect, the rate of destroyed E.coli was above 90%, the rate of killed mould was 99.6%. The irradiation had little influence on protein, reducing sugar and amino acid, while it had great effect on vitamin C and peroxidase.\;
