【Abstract】 Bee pollen was irradiated at the dosage of 4.0, 6.0 and 8.0kGy respectively, the result showed that the irradiation at 8.0kGy had the best effect, the rate of destroyed E.coli was above 90%, the rate of killed mould was 99.6%. The irradiation had little influence on protein, reducing sugar and amino acid, while it had great effect on vitamin C and peroxidase.\;更多还原
