珍稀食用菌金福菇环保节能型反季节栽培技术
Techniques for Out-season Cultivation of Edible Fungi Tricholoma lobayense H. with Conservancy and Energy-saving Production System
【摘要】 利用味精生产的锅炉多余热能,利用废弃的菌袋在热风炉中燃烧提高菇房温度达25℃左右,解决了福建省冬季生产珍稀食用菌金福菇(TricholomalobayenseHeim)的菇房加温问题。同时用生产味精后的废弃米渣、谷秆两用水稻201高蛋白稻草粉代替麦麸;用造纸厂生产的下脚料草粉、秀珍菇生产的菌糠代替棉籽壳作培养料栽培金福菇,并用畦栽和袋栽作试验。结果表明:用废米渣和201稻草粉可以替代麦麸、用草粉和菌糠可以代替棉籽壳栽培金福菇,虽然其生物效率经t测验没有达到显著差异,但试验组比对照组可提高5.16%~6.37%。畦栽比袋栽处理的生物效率也可提高10%左右。每生产1000袋金福菇可增收666.64元~754.88元,同时节省了麦麸和棉籽壳,缓解"菌牧"矛盾,有利于发展畜牧业,有利于保持生态平衡。
【Abstract】 In the culture of Tricholoma lobayense Heim during winter, overplus energy from a manufactory of monosodium glutamate and/or from a residue-burner was transferred to heat up the mushroomhouse till 25℃. As cultivation sources, the by-products from monosodium glutamate manufactory and straw from 201 dual-purposes rice were used as substitutes for wheat bran; the waste-grass from paper manufactory and residue from Pleurotus spp cultivation were used as substitutes for cottonseed hull. Ridge-culturing and bag-culturing methods were compared. The results showed that: an increase of 5.16% to 6.37% in bio-product was obtained by substitutes for wheat bran and cottonseed hull, and the bio-product from the ridge culture was 10% more than that from the bag culture. Net income was increased by 666.64 to 754.88 Yuan per 1 000 cultivation bags by using the substitutes.
