华木莲与木莲属两树种光合生理生态研究
A Physio-ecological Study on Photosynthesis of Sinomanglietia glauca and Two Species in Manglietia Bl.
【摘要】 采用美产Li-6400P便携式光合作用测定仪首次比较测定了濒危植物华木莲与乳源木莲、巴东木莲的光合生理生态特征和光合日进程。其中4年生华木莲的净光合速率为(9.75±0.73)μmolm-2s-1,蒸腾速率为(2.59±0.34)mmolm-2s-1,水分利用效率为(3.81±0.37)μmolCO2mmol-1H2O,光饱和点约为900μmolm-2s-1,光补偿点约20μmolm-2s-1,CO2饱和点为1000μmolmol-1,补偿点为43.79μmolmol-1,表观量子产额为0.0498,羧化效率为0.059。与乳源木莲、巴东木莲相比,华木莲净光合速率、蒸腾速率、表观量子产额、羧化效率、光补偿点高;水分利用效率、光饱和点、CO2饱和点和补偿点低。华木莲要求较高的水湿条件,与其濒危机制有关。
【Abstract】 The physio-ecological characters and diurnal photosynthetic courses of Sinomanglietia glauca, Manglietia yuyuanensis and Manglietia patungensis have been determined and measured comparatively for the first time by Li-6 400P. The photosynthetic data of Sinomanglietia glauca are as follows: Pn=(9.75±0.73)umol·m-2·s -1, Tr=(2.59±0.34)mmol·m-2·s -1, WUE=(3.81±0.37)umolCO2·mmol-1H2O, LSP=900 umol·m-2·s -1, LCP=20 umol·m-2·s -1, CSP=1 000 umol·mol-1, CCP=43.79 umol·mol-1, AQY=0.049 8, CE=0.059. Compared with photosynthesis data of Manglietia yuyuanensis and Manglietia patungensis, some photosynthetic parameters of Sinomanglietia glauca such as Pn, Tr, AQY, and CE, are higher, while others (WUE, LSP, CSP, CCP) are lower. So its utilization efficiency for faint light and its demand for water are high, which may have something to do with the endangering mechanism.
