【Abstract】 By means of RAPD and ISSR, the heredity backgrounds of 30 germplasmic resources of chewing cane were analyzed, some primers with clear amplifying, better polymorphic degree and stability were selected(Primer SS and WW could accurately examine the differences among badila, local chewing cane and hybridized varieties), and ISSR, compared with RAPD could examine more heredity polymorph(the ratios of the polymorphic bands were 61.35% and 56.8% respectively). The extraction of gene set DNA, PCR technique system, genetic diversities, classification, co-specific and hetero-named phenomenon etc. are discussed in this paper. In fine, this paper provides the theoretical basis for the identification and evaluation of the germplasmic resources, heredity classification, fingerprint diagram of chewing cane, which is helpful to the improvement of the study and use of the germplasmic resources of chewing cane.更多还原
