【Abstract】 Talinum triangulare (Jacq.) Willd seeds for germination were used as materials in the expriment. The results showed that the optimum seed soaking time for Talinum triangulare (Jacq.) Willd was 3h at 25℃,and the appropriate germination temperature was 35℃. Treatment with GA 3 at 150 mg/L or PEG 4000 at 25% obviously increased the germination percentage, germination vigor and germination index.更多还原
