RAPD分子标记在林木遗传育种中的应用
Application of RAPD Molecular Marker in Tree Genetics and Breeding
【摘要】 RAPD是一种新兴的基于PCR的分子标记技术 ,由于其特有的优点 ,已被广泛应用于植物分子生物学研究领域。简述了其在林木遗传育种中的应用 ,指出RAPD可以为林木群体遗传多样性研究、种质资源保存、亲缘关系的鉴定、基因定位和辅助育种等许多研究领域提供理论依据
【Abstract】 RAPD molecular marker, is a new molecular marker based on PCR. Due to its special advantages, RAPD is used in many fields of molebiology. This paper introduces its application in tree genetics and breeding, such as studies on genetic diversity of tree population, conservation of plantplasm resources, identification of affinity relationship, QTL location, Marker-assisted selection in tree breeding and so on.
