【Abstract】 The application of molecular of marker techniques in rice genetics and breeding is summarized in this paper as follows: (1)the research of the genetic diversification; (2)the construction of molecular linkage maps and genome mapping; (3)marker-assisted selection; (4)the identification of varieties; (5)the prediction of rice heterosis and early identification of the aimed gene; (6)the marker and development of rice quality, etc. The prospect of application of molecular marker in rice breeding is also discussed.更多还原
