小叶白掌变异苗的恢复

【摘要】小叶白掌变异苗的恢复应在25℃～28℃条件下。对4类变异苗,以MS+IAA0.1mg/L培养基的效果为好;对5类变异苗则以MS+IBA0.3mg/L培养基较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The recovery of Spathiphyllum petite’s variation seedlings must be under the condition of 25℃～28℃. In the medium of MS+IAA0.1 mg/L the recovery effect of the fourth genus variation seedling is the best. To the fifth genus variation seedling, the medium of MS+IBA0.3mg/L can do well.更多还原
