强化板材拉深应力与应变分布的研究
A’ Study on the Distribution of the Stress and the Strain in the Hardening Material in Deep Drawing Process
【摘要】 拉深过程中的应力及应变对于材料的流动有极大的影响:它们决定了工件的最终形状并控制着拉深中的起皱与开裂等工艺问题。根据拉深塑性变形的相关条件,在一定的简化与假定的基础上,推导出了考虑材料强化(硬化)时拉深凸缘变形区应力与应变的解析表达式。为了直观地表示该应力与应变的分布,运用了AutoCAD内嵌的面向对象的高级开发工具——VisualLISP编制一套程序进行处理,得到了各应力及应变的分布及变化曲线,并分析了它们的变化规律、相关参数的影响及误差产生的原因。结果表明这些表达式能较好地表示应力及应变的分布规律,并与实际情况吻合较好。
【Abstract】 In deep drawing process, the stress and the strain control the flow of hardening materials and the final shape of the drawn part, and even govern the technological problems such as wrinkling and cracking in the part. In order to decrease o.r eliminate the technological problems and improve the quality of the part, to explore the distribution of the stress and the strain, and their changing tendency is of importance. Based on some hypotheses and simplified conditions the analytic expressions of the stress and the strain in flange zone of hardening material in drawing forming are deduced, while the programming tool, VisualLISP of AutoCAD, is applied to simulate and illustrate the results in graph. The changing tendency of the stress and the strain is generalized, and some influencing factors and the discrepancy are also analyzed. The results show that the expressions coincide well with the experiments before.
