基于运动副替代的周转轮系创新综合方法

【摘要】 提出了将单铰运动链用于轮系创新综合必须满足的基本结构条件,利用运动链的无向双色拓扑图及拓扑胚图,在运动链构件数与自由度数一定的情况下,用胚图插点法获得了所有可能的基于该复铰运动链的满足轮系创新综合要求的运动链结构型。应用本文提出的方法不仅可以得到各种工程实际中常用的轮系结构型,而且也能够获得许多我们过去不曾见过的结构型,为轮系的创新综合开辟了一条新的途径。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the authors put forward the basic structure principle of single-joint kinematic chain that is applied to innovative synthesis of epicyclic gear trains. With the application of non-oriented double-colors topologi-cal graph and contracted graph of kinematic chain, all kinds of possible kinematic chains that satisfy innovative synthesis of epicyclic gear trains are obtained in the condition of certain number of link and degree of freedom. Not only elementary epicyclic gear trains and all kinds of combined gear train in common use are obtained ,but also some new types of epicyclie gear trains that are difficult to obtain by means of traditional method of combination are obtained. Thus,a new way has been offered for innovative design of epicyclic gear trains.
