【Abstract】 Meat processing robot is a new kind of robot and much research and development has been carried out around the world. This paper gives a review of the current state of robots available and in development for beef, pork, lamb, poultry and fish processing. It describes the advantages and disadvantages in implementing robots for meat processing. A kind of robotic system used for poultry processing developed by Shanghai University is introduced. Finally, it explores the key problem and tendency of the meat processing robots.更多还原
