高速瓦楞纸板横切机控制系统的研究
Study on Control System of High Speed Rolling Cut Machine
【摘要】 结合造纸业中横切机改造和发展的需求 ,在完成对横切机控制原理和算法分析的基础上 ,提出了一种新的横切机控制系统的体系结构 ,此结构采用插在计算机中 Soft SERCANS卡作为控制软件与底层执行部件的接口 ,使得控制系统的主控功能软件化。在 Windows NT中嵌入实时 RTX子系统 ,采用 Visual C++面向对象编程 ,通过创建共享内存来实现进程间的通讯 ,利用多线程来实现多任务的执行 ,最终完成了应用软件的设计 ,经过实验验证此系统在送纸轮的速度达到 2 0 0 m/ m in的情况下 ,剪切 2 0 0 0 mm长的瓦楞纸的精度可控制在± 0 .5 mm以内
【Abstract】 To meet the requirement of the reconstruction and development of rolling cut machine, a new architecture of control system of rolling machine is presented based on finishing analysis of its control theory and arithmetic. We use SoftSERCANS card in the computer as the interface between the control software and the executive component. So the main control function of system can achieve through the software. The software is programmed with VC in Windows NT embedded RTX, shared memory is created for communication between two processes, mutli thread is created for multi task. Experiments, show that the precision could be controlled within the range of ±0.5 mm when the speed of sending paper is 200 m/min and the length of the paper board is 2000 mm.
