电动转向系统中两种辅助转向传动机构方案的分析

【摘要】 在电动转向系统设计中辅助转向传动机构方案的选型对转向性能如转向灵敏性和转向路感等有很大的影响。目前在转向柱辅助转向方式中有两种传动机构方案即蜗轮蜗杆机构方案和差动轮系机构方案。本文首先介绍这两种方案的组成 ,然后分别对这两种方案进行运动学分析和动力学建模。其中在建立蜗轮蜗杆机构方案的动力学模型时 ,首次考虑了电磁离合器的动特性。通过运动学分析 ,讨论了两种传动机构方案对转向灵敏性的影响。在动力学模型的基础上 ,结合具体算例讨论了两种传动机构方案对转向路感的影响。

【Abstract】 During design of EPS, the choice of assisting mechanism has great effect on steering performances such as steering sensitivity and steering feeling. Presently, in the column assisting mode EPS there are two assisting mechanisms’ schemes, namely, worm gear assisting mechanism and differential gear assisting mechanism. We firsty introduce the compositions, working principles and characteristics of two schemes. Then the kinematical analyses of these two schemes are made and the dynamic models for them are built. In the dynamic model of the worm gear assisting mechanism, the clutch dynamic characteristic is considered for the first time. By analysis of kinematics, the effects of these two schemes on steering sensitivity are investigated. Using an example, the effects of these two schemes on steering feeling are also compared.
