ER制动器温度和热应力场的ANSYS分析
Analysis of Temperature and Stress of Electro-Rheological(ER)Brake Using ANSYS
【摘要】 给出一个二维轴对称 ER制动器盘片的有限元模型。计算了在紧急制动时的制动器盘片的温度场瞬态解 ,绘制了盘片表面上由里到外 5个点的温度响应曲线和盘片横截面的温度云图 ,进一步得到温度场的等效应力。仿真结果显示 ,在紧急制动情况下 ,盘片和 ER流体的温度急剧上升 ,表面温度最高达 2 86℃。圆盘表面外边缘处的热应力最大 ,最大 Von Miss等效热应力和最小的等效热应力差一个数量级
【Abstract】 A two-dimensional, axis-symmetric finite el em ent model (FEM) of ER brake is presented. The transient solutions of temperature are calculated during braking in an emergency. The curves of temperature versus time for five points on the surface and the cloud figures of cross section of disk are plotted. Then the equivalent stresses are calculated. The results of si mulation show that the temperature can rise rapidly and the maximum is 286℃ on the edge of disk surface and the maximum value of equivalent stress is about ten times as large as minimum
