【摘要】 目的对ABXPENTRA-120全自动血细胞分析仪分类结果进行评估。方法(1)随机选取仪器分类后的100份标本再手工分类,观察其差异;(2)随机选取仪器分类N、L、M、E、B、LIC、ALY不在正常参考值范围的标本各60份再手工分类,观察其符合率。结果方法(1)中除M有差异外,其它差异均不显著;方法(2)中B、ALY、M的符合率较低,E的符合率最高,N、L、LIC的符合率也较高。结论ABXPENTRA-120分类的结果除M、ALY有一定的误差外,其它分类结果均可接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the results of detection of five-classificati on by PENTRA-120automatic blood-counter system.Methods (1)100blood sam ples selected randomly,were decteted by PENTRA-120.(2)60blood samples group were decteted by PENTRA-120whose N?L?M?E?B?LIC?ALY were not in the nomal range.The DC of WBC of both(1)and(2)are compare with that of ma nual method.Re sults the re-sults showed no significant difference except fo r the monocytes numbers in method(1);In method(2),the percent of corres pondence of E was the best,the percent of N?L?LIC correspondence were also g ood,While the percent of correspondence of B?ALy?M is not.Con clusion The r esults decteded by ABX PENTRA--120were accepted except for M,ALY.更多还原
