论企业并购中的过度支付风险
【摘要】 对目标企业的过度支付是导致众多企业并购失败的重要原因之一。本文详细分析了过度支付风险的成因 ,并就如何防范提出相应的建议
【Abstract】 Many failures in M&A occurs,simply because the acquiring company paid too much for the transaction.This paper analyzed the reasons of overpaying in details and put forward some advices to deˉfense the risk.
