马来酸/丙烯酸/丙烯酸丁酯共聚物的合成及应用研究
Synthesis and Application of Maleic Acid, Acrylic Acid and Butyl Acrylate Polymer
【摘要】 无甲醛免烫整理剂已成为免烫整理领域研究的一个重要课题 ,目前 ,多元羧酸是最有潜力取代N 羟甲基酰胺类化合物的无甲醛免烫整理剂。本文以价格较低的马来酸 (MA)、丙烯酸 (AA)、丙烯酸丁酯 (BA)为原料 ,以过硫酸钾与亚硫酸氢钠组成的氧化 还原体系引发合成无甲醛免烫整理剂聚羧酸MAA 1,并将其用于棉织物的抗皱整理取得了较好的免烫效果
【Abstract】 Non-formaldehyde self ironing finishing agent has become an import topic in research of self ironing finishing. Now multi-component carboxylic acid is the most suitable substitute of non-formaldehyde self ironing finishing agent for N-hydroxymethyl amide compounds. This article introduces a technology of synthesizing formaldehyde free self ironing finishing agent poly carboxylic acid MAA-1, based on adopting maleic acid, acrylic acid and butyl acrylate as raw materials and a redox system composed of potassium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as an initiator. MAA-1 has achieved well self ironing effects when it was used in cotton fabric crease-proof finishing.
