【Abstract】 Styrenated cresol(α-methylbenzylcresol) is a kind of antioxidant and stabilizer of high efficiency,low toxicity and low cost.It is p repared by reaction of styrene and p-cresol in the presence of p-tolue nesulfonic acid as catalyst.The optimal reaction conditions were mole ratio of styrene to p-cresol(15-20)∶1,reaction temperature 120 ℃ a nd reaction time 2 h.Yield of the product is over 90%.更多还原
