电化学法合成2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶醇
Electrosynthesis of 2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl-4-hydroxypiperidine
【摘要】 采用电化学法从2,2,6,6 四甲基 4 哌啶酮(简称哌啶酮)合成2,2,6,6 四甲基 4 哌啶醇(简称哌啶醇),反应条件温和、选择性好、易分离;产品经气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析,其中只有哌啶醇及极少量原料哌啶酮。该文选用锌做反应电极,讨论了电量、电流密度、电解质浓度、原料浓度以及电解液中乙醇浓度对哌啶酮转化率的影响。最佳反应条件是:电量1 1F/mol、电流密度300A/m2、c(NaOH)=0 5mol/L、电解液中φ(乙醇)=30%、原料浓度1 0mol/L。在此条件下,哌啶醇的平均产率为95 40%,质量分数99%以上。
【Abstract】 Electrochemical method is used to synthesize 2,2,6,6-te tr amethyl-4-hydroxypiperidine(piperidinol) from 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperid one(piperidone).Reaction conditions are mild,selectivity of reaction is high,and the product is easy to separate.GC-MS analysis shows that there are only piperi dinol and very small amount of piperidone in the product.Zn is chosen as the rea ction electrode.The optimum reaction conditions are determined,i.e.,electric qua ntity 11 F/mol,current density 300 A/m2,concentration of sodium hydroxide 0 5 mol/L,volume fractions of alcohol 30%,concentration of piperidone 10 mol/L .The mean yield of piperidinol is 9540% and its mass fractions is over 99%.
