胰岛素经皮给药研究的新进展

【摘要】 经皮给药是胰岛素一种理想的给药方式,但是皮肤角质层的阻力、胰岛素分子在皮肤中的积累以及促渗方法的安全性等限制了胰岛素的经皮给药。作者分析了胰岛素经皮给药的优势和存在的问题,从减小角质层阻力、强化被动扩散和应用传递体为透皮给药载体3个方面,综述了近几年来国内外在胰岛素的经皮给药的研究上取得的最新进展,指出了存在的问题和研究的趋势。

【Abstract】 Transdermal administration is a potential technique for the delivery of insulin,but the transdermal rate is limited by low skin permeability of the stratum corneum and the insulin entrapment in the epidermis.The recent development and challenges of transdermal delivery of insulin were reviewed in this article.Discussions were focused on techniques to overcome the resistance of the stratum corneum,techniques to enhance the passive diffusion of insulin and novel transdermal vehicles.By these techniques,insulin could be well delivered across the skin into the systemic circulation successfully.The curative effect and safety of these techniques have been under examination.
