【Abstract】 By means of ultrasonic non-destructive inspection and computer control technology, theautomatic detection of Al-Fe bond quality of piston with ring carrier is realized through twochannels. The inspection system has the advantages of strong functions, easy operation,and high reliability. In servo-control system of the roll turner, the PWM technique is usedto regulate the motor’s speed. The photoelectric pulser is used as the component tomeasure the velocity for feedback control. Inspection velocity is stable. A large number ofexperimental results show that the detection has high precision and satisfactoryrepeatability.更多还原
