扭杆弹簧计算与优化
Design and Optimum of Torsion Bar Spring
【摘要】 扭杆弹簧是车辆悬架装置中常用的弹性元件。文中利用有限元方法对扭杆弹簧进行了建模和优化计算,给出了扭杆弹簧的优化参数和结构应力分布规律,并对优化结果进行了实验测试与比较。分析结果表明,扭杆弹簧过渡区的结构对其应力分布具有较大影响,通过优化设计改进扭杆弹簧结构,有利于提高其性能。
【Abstract】 Torsion bar spring is often used in vehicls suspensions.An optimization model of torsion bar spring is built up and optimum computation is carried out FEM.The optimum parameters and stress distribution of the tor-sion bar springs are given out and the optimum results are compared in this paper.The analytical results in-dicate that the intergradation of the torsion bar spring plays an important roles on the stress distribution.FEM is an effective method in the design of torsion bar spring and valuable in improving its properties.
