Cr12MoV钢的真空热处理及其在多工位连续模中的应用

【摘要】 介绍了多工位连续模上易损零件的选材。针对国产模具材料的寿命比成分相当的进口模具材料寿命低的现象,参照从日本进口的SKD11材料,改进了国产Cr12MoV材料的热处理工艺。研究结果表明真空热处理可以明显提高Cr12MoV的冲击韧性,并能使材料的硬度有所提高,从而显著提高多工位连续模的寿命。

【Abstract】 The principle of material choosing for the easily damaged parts on multi-position progressive dies was intro-duced.Referring to SKD11steel imported from Japan,a new kind of heat treatment process on the Cr12MoV steel was investigated to resolue the problem that the homemade die material had shorter life than the im-ported die material.Results showed that the vacuum heat treatment can obviously improve the impact duc-tility and hardness of Cr12MoV steel and thus,remarkably improve multi-position progressive dies’life.
