圆柱齿轮传动磨损可靠性优化设计
The Abrasion Reliabitity Optimization of Cylindrical Gear
【摘要】 以圆柱齿轮传动为典型 ,在考虑应力和强度均为随机变量的基础上 ,同时考虑其它因素 ,与已有模型不同 ,建立了以齿轮磨损和体积最小为目标的多目标可靠性优化设计模型。采用混沌优化与Matlab语言的优化工具相结合的方法进行优化计算。简要介绍了混沌优化的背景和算法。
【Abstract】 On the base of considering stress, intensity and other factors as random variables, this paper take cylindrical gear transmission as an example to establish multiple objects reliability optimize model that minimize cylindrical gear abrasion and volume as object function. Chaos optimization and Matlab optimization tool are combined in this paper.
