【摘要】 目的 确定病房医师MTV定量统计分析得分的正常值范围,并对病房医师的工作量做出具体评价。方法 分别计算每位医师全年工作量的MTV和每月的MTV得分,并进行对比分析。结果 适宜的MTV正常值范围为均数加减一个标准差;月MTV较年MTV的可操作性和实用意义更大;医师个体间工作量差异最大达到9.87倍,高、中、初三级医师间病房工作量存在显著性差异。结论 确定MTV正常值范围并据此评价临床医师病房工作量具有重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To define the standard value and its normal range according to the MTV scores of the doctors worked in the hospital wards and to make out the detail evaluation for doctor’s workloads by MTV. Methods The full year MTV score and month MTV score for each doctor were reckoned up, contrasted and analyzed. Results Using "X + S" of MTV as the normal range is considered a suitable choice. The month MTV is more significant than the full year MTV. The highest difference of individual workload is 9.87 times than the lowest. There is great difference among the three groups (the high, middle and primary doctor) workloads. Conclusion Defining MTV standard value and its normal range and using it to evaluate the clinical doctor’s workloads in the wards have a special significant realism.更多还原
