基于Monte-Carlo法和有限元的起重机结构可靠性研究
Reliability of Crane Structure Based on Monte-Carlo and Finite Element Method
【摘要】 结合板壳元提出将蒙特卡罗法和有限元法相结合计算起重机结构可靠度的方法 ,以天津某港务局 4 0 t门座起重机为例 ,进行了灵敏度分析 ,定量给出了各随机因素对整体结构可靠性的影响 .该方法充分利用了现有软件的二次开发和输出能力 ,自编程序量小 .程序化、规范化的特性有利于扩大其在工程实际中的应用范围
【Abstract】 A new method for calculating crane structure reliability based on Monte Carlo and finite element method has been put forward, which has been verified by example and can be served as the theoretical base for improvement of design. The method makes full use of the secondary developing and outputs’ ability of existing finite element software and needs little self programming, and the programable peculiarity of regularity is helpful to extend engineering application in practice.
