混凝土泵车臂架结构的智能优化设计
Intelligent Optimum Design of Boom Frame of Concrete Pumping Vehicle
【摘要】 针对混凝土泵车臂架结构优化设计非线性的复杂性和优化目标的多样性 ,利用 BP神经网络算法建立起结构设计参数与变形、应力等的非线性全局映射关系 ,从而获得遗传算法求解结构优化问题所需的目标函数近似值 ,动态完成混凝土泵车臂架结构优化设计
【Abstract】 The article researches into the problem of finite frame optimizing design of boom system of concrete pumping vehicle. To the boom system of concrete pumping vehicle, the intelligent algorithm of BP neural network is applied in the paper to design a nonlinear mapping relationship among stress, strain and structure variables. Subsequently, genetic algorithm is used to optimize the data and obtains a better result.
