【Abstract】 This paper analyses the calculational methods of delay time in different distributed time projects combined with our urban traffic characteristics. On the basis of principles for current qualitative signal phase design, through deep study of signal phase and phase order, the quantitative conditions of application of over-two signal phase is put forward. Based on the traditional formula, by deepening and demarcating, this paper puts forward the optimized method of distributed phase time.更多还原
