【Abstract】 In this paper,on the base of summarizing the demerits and shortcomings of Highway Construction Quality Management software, we explain the purpose,characteristics,and the course of designing Engineering Database. Also in this paper, we introduce how to set up the OOA model and its administrative levels. Meanwhile we expatiate the process, the implemenation and the application of its components. In the end,we summarize the superiority of applying the Engineering Database, OOP and Component technology in Highway Construction Management System.更多还原
