【摘要】 本文对四川、云南、贵州、广西、甘肃、新疆、西藏、浙江、河南、辽宁等11个省进行道路交通安全问题调研,针对目前存在的问题,提出交通安全管理是在政府指导下的多元化协同行为、全民性交通意识的安全行为、科技应用性的专家行为、社会化的法规行为,尽快建立相关交通安全技术标准、交通安全的评价体系、事故预防体系、交通安全保障体系和重大事故救援体系势在必行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the current problems of traffic safety, this paper points out that the traffic safety management is the multiple behavior led by the government, social traffic awareness behavior, specialists behavior, and the legal behavior. Based on the investigation of eleven domestic provinces including Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Gansu, Xinjiang, Tibet, Zhejiang, Henan, Liaoning.
