轨道交通与大大连地区的可持续发展

【摘要】 从城市化的规律和国外已成形的大都圈的经验出发,分析了大大连即将形成的必然性。通过实例总结了区域轨道交通在都市圈形成过程中的发展状况,指出城市化过程中城市空间大幅度外延为区域轨道交通提供了市场,区域轨道网络的形成是城市空间和活动外延的必然结果,完善的区域轨道交通是都市圈可持续发展的重要条件。进而又分析归纳了缺少区域轨道交通的大大连建设的弊端,同时设计了随大大连地区发展,区域轨道系统的空间结构和经营模式。

【Abstract】 The great Dalian area is going to be formed with two central urban blocks and three satellite cities. Checking their urban transit system, we found that rail transit has not got its due place. From the successfully developed experiences from metropolises, such as, the great London, the great Paris, and the great Tokyo, we revealed that scrawl of urban space during urbanization created the market demand for regional rail transit, expansions of urban space and activities resulted in the growth of the regional rail transit, and rational regional rail transit is necessary to the sustainable development of the metropolis. We further summarized the disadvantages of the short of the rail transit in the great Dalian. And then we proposed the alternatives of the spatial configuration of the regional rail transit, the solution of its construction funds, and its management systems for great Dalian.
