钢丝热镀锌层热熔涂LLDPE防腐蚀
Coating LLDPE by Heat Melting on Galvanized Steel Wire by Dipping to Resist Corrosion
【摘要】 介绍钢丝热镀锌工艺、镀锌层的磷化工艺和热熔涂LLDPE工艺 ,并给出具体工艺配方。实践结果表明 :热镀锌钢丝磷化后表面可生成一层 1~ 3μm磷化膜 ,热涂黑色的LLDPE的厚度可达 30 0~ 5 0 0 μm ,附着力为70~ 90N/cm ,在海水中的防护能力可达 30~ 5 0年。
【Abstract】 To introduce process of galvanizing by dipping for steel wire, of phosphating on Zn coat and of coating LLDPE by heat melting. A specific process is put forward. Effect of application proves that a layer phosphorized membrane of the depth 1~3 μm is produced after phosphating on galvanized steel wire by dipping, the depth of heat coating black LLDPE is 300~500 μm, adhesive force is 70~90 N/cm, and protective ability obtains 30~50 years in the seawater.
