ANSYS在矿用接链环应力分析中的应用
The application of ansys in stresses analysis of high strength connector units for mine use
【摘要】 以30×108矿用弧形齿扁平接链环为模型,介绍了如何使用计算机有限元分析软件AN-SYS对接链环齿部应力进行分析,进而求出啮合部分的各种应力图,得出受力薄弱点并确定了其应力分布规律,提出了优化措施。
【Abstract】 Taking 30×108 Link chain of the mining flat type with are tooth for model,The stresses distribution of the tooth fraction are analysis by using computer finite element analysis software ANSYS to be introduceded.By which the brteaking point can be observed.the distribution law of stress is find.The last,the develop measure is advandced.
