剪切阀式磁流变液减振器磁路设计方法

【摘要】 磁流变液减振器是新型的智能化减振装置,在汽车、机械以及土木工程减振领域具有广泛的应用前景。设计磁路是设计此类减振器一个关键技术。这里研究了在土木及汽车减振领域最具应用潜力的剪切阀式磁流变液减振器的磁路设计计算方法。发现了磁路最小断面面积是影响磁场强度的的关键因素之一,进而提出了磁路设计中应该注意的几个基本问题。

【Abstract】 Magnetorheological fluid damper is a new kind of smart damper,and possesses widely ap-plication prospect in the field of an ti -vibration of automobile,machin ery and civil engineering structure s.During the design of magnetorheolog ical fluid damper,magnetic circuit design is one of key technology.In this paper,.the design method of mag netic circuit of shear -valve magnetorheological fluid damper whose structure is the most hopeful using i n the anti -vibration of automobile a nd civil engineering structures is studied.The problem that the smalle st section area is one of main factors that influence magnetic field is found,and the key problems that shou ld be taken notice during the design of magnetic circuit are put forward.
