【摘要】 本论文根据目前CAD/CAPP/CAM一体化和GT、CE、CIMS等先进制造技术的发展趋势,结合我国单件小批订制生产的重型机器制造企业产品设计和生产组织现状,提出了一套适合计算机管理的按零部件组织生产的产品编号方案,该方案包含了企业从订货、设计、制造到售后服务全过程相关的公共信息数据,为实现企业内各部门间相关信息的共享,提高企业对市场的响应能力创造了条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the current developing tendency of CAD/CAPP/CAM integration and advanced manufacturing technologies of GT, CE, CIMS, combining with the current status of design and manufacture of heavy machinery enterprises featuring in small series production, a set of product numbering program, which is suited to using computer for production organizing in spare parts, is put forward in this paper. This product numbering program covers all the related public information data from placing order, design, and after-sale service, creating a favorable condition for the enterprise to realize common sharing relevant information in its interior departments and increase its response capability to market demand.更多还原
