新型直齿内啮合齿轮泵的齿形分析
Analysis of the profile of gear tooth for internal gear pump
【摘要】 通过对新型直齿内啮合齿轮泵的研究,推导出了共轭内齿轮的齿廓曲线方程,确定了影响齿轮泵性能的外齿轮齿形半角α的取值范围。
【Abstract】 The new internal gear pump is studied in this paper. The profile’s formulas of the internal gear tooth is derived. The choice rang of the profile’s half angle a which is import for the property of gear pump is presented.
