高压大直径Ω形膨胀节的优化设计
Optimal design for high-pressure and long-diameter Ω-shaped bellows
【摘要】 以单波补偿量与其成本之比最大为目标函数,运用工程优化理论中的复合形法对于Ω形膨胀节编制了一套通用性强、使用方便、准确度高的大型程序。对于一系列的高压条件下,大直径Ω形膨胀节进行了优化设计。使用此法设计的Ω形膨胀节比传统的手工方法设计的结果要优越得多。不但降低了生产成本,而且极大地提高了设计效率。
【Abstract】 We take the maximal ratio of one-convolution compensating quantity to its cost as target function, and then work out a set of widely used large-scale procedure by making use of complex-method in engineering optimal theory, which is convenient and precise, It introduces an optimal design for a series of high-pressure, long-diameter Ω-shaped bellows. The so-designed Ω-shaped bellows are far superior than the traditional design. It can not only reduce its cost of production but also improve the design efficiency greatly.
