【摘要】 减振器是汽车的一个关键部件,它的加工质量固然重要,但其装配质量也不容忽视。自动组装的减振器质量明显优于手工组装的产品。减振器调整垫圈自动供料机是国外减振器自动组装生产线上的必备设备,但国内目前尚无此类专用产品。采用PLC控制器进行控制,用汽缸做动力的机、电、气一体化产品一减振器调整垫圈自动供料机,可实现不同规格、不同数量的减振器调整垫圈自动供料操作。该设备国内未见公开报道。更多还原

【Abstract】 The shock absorber is a key part for ca rs,which machining quality is very i mportant,but its assembling quality should not be neg lected too.It is obviously that the q uality of shock absorbers have been assembled automatically is better t hen ones assembled one by one by hand.The automatic machine to push washers is a necessary machine being used for the automobile shock absorb er assembling line on abroad,but until now,there is not this kind of sp ecial product in our country.PLC con trollers are applied to carry out controlling and the cylinders are used to as drivers to develop the automa tic pushing washers machine,which i s a compositive product including machine,electricity,gas driving etc..The machine can be used to finish the operation pushing washers of shock a bsorbers automatically in differen t number and specification,which is first reported in public magazines in our c ountry.更多还原
